Volt is immediately hiring Lead ServiceNow Developer in Atlanta, GA. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for complex platform enhancements and initiatives.
• Provide technical direction, establish standards, and enforce code quality guidelines.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and support team capability growth.
• Independently analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal, and Agent Workspace.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
• Support production incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow best practices.
• Follow security, audit, compliance, and change management processes.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence.

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience working independently with globally distributed teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Change, Request Management, Discovery, Asset Management.
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, UI Builder, Agent Workspace.
• REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO/SAML, Azure AD, Microsoft ecosystem, third-party SaaS integrations.
• Source Control Integration, Update Sets, CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing Framework (ATF), Git-based practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow solutions: CSM, ITSM, SecOps, Mobile.
• Exposure to Generative AI, ServiceNow AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent.
• Enterprise-scale platform governance.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• CIS – ITSM, CIS – CSM, ServiceNow CTA journey candidate.

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour.
