Contract | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care appropriate to each patient's age and condition in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, patients, and families to promote patient health and well-being.
• Provide care in alignment with nursing and medical plans of care, hospital goals, values, and regulatory standards.
• Float between multiple campus locations as assigned, requiring flexibility across care settings.
• Float to PICU and CVICU as needed in addition to primary NICU assignment.
• Adhere to facility vaccination and masking protocols, including flu vaccination requirements from October through April and applicable declination and masking agreements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a NICU setting, with experience in PICU and CVICU.
• Current State of Arizona RN license, or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges, or the ability to establish Arizona licensure prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced NRP certification.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience at a facility with a Level III or Level IV NICU strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a children's hospital setting preferred.
