Alberta Licensed Senior Design Manager

Providing technical leadership and project management, the full-time Alberta Licensed Senior Design Manager will oversee the substation layouts design team, ensure project progress aligns with budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide technical guidance and leadership to the substation layouts design team Track project progress and ensure alignment of manpower resources with workload Oversee and review designs to meet technical requirements and perform quality checks Required qualifications B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and registered as an active member with APEGA (P.Eng. designation required) Minimum 12 years of work experience in high voltage facility design Proven track record in managing design teams and projects Experience in the utility industry Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of clients
