Marketing Coordinator

The Flyin Ryan Hawks Foundation is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to help support and grow the Foundation’s mission through marketing, community engagement, and relationship management. This is an opportunity for someone who is excited to make a meaningful impact within a volunteer-driven organization while gaining hands‑on experience in nonprofit operations, social media management, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities, thrives in an independent environment, and is passionate about helping others through the Foundation’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Manage and maintain an active social media presence across Foundation platforms (Blog, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) Manage our email list and design engaging email campaigns Develop engaging content that helps grow audience reach and strengthen community connection Create posts, stories, and updates that highlight Foundation initiatives, events, and impact Serve as a connector between the Foundation and Flyin Ryan Adventure Scholars, maintaining ongoing communication and relationships with scholars gathering updates to share with the Foundation community Help identify ways the Foundation can continue supporting scholars throughout their journeys Collect life updates from the scholars for posting to our social media channels and blog Community Partnerships & Events Assist in growing the Flyin Ryan footprint through participation in local events and community partnerships Special Projects Help source and coordinate Flyin Ryan merchandise and apparel opportunities Support additional organizational needs as opportunities arise We are looking for someone who is: A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented Passionate about the mission and values of the Flyin Ryan Hawks Foundation Interested in marketing, storytelling, and social media engagement Comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals and community partners Creative, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever needed in a volunteer-based organization Bonus: If you are familiar with the organization, have interacted with us in the past, or can display passion for our values and mission Minimum one‑year commitment preferred. Flexible start date.
