The organization is known for strong clinical pathways, outcome-driven practice, and a reputation for quality in outpatient physical therapy.In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Typical responsibilities include implementing therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques within scope, and modalities as directed

monitoring patients' responses to treatment

progressing exercises based on established plans of care

and providing clear instruction and motivation to patients and caregivers. You will document all care in an electronic medical record, support outcome measure collection, and participate in team discussions around plan-of-care progression and discharge planning.A typical day includes a steady caseload of patients with orthopedic diagnoses such as post-surgical joint replacements, sports injuries, spine disorders, and work-related conditions. Patient schedules and ratios are designed to balance productivity with individualized attention, allowing you to build relationships and promote measurable functional gains. You will collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, front office staff, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and a positive patient experience.Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with some flexibility depending on clinic hours and patient demand. The schedule supports work-life balance while enabling providers to see a variety of patients throughout the week. Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
