What To Expect
As a Technical Recruiter on the Internship Recruiting Team, you will build immediate and proactive AI software pipelines. In this role, you will support our Tesla AI Engineering Teams to identify, attract, and assess exceptional internship candidates. This role partners closely with Engineers, and Engineering Managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports the core of robotics and AI hiring across Autopilot and Optimus. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla. This position can be based on site at our office in Fremont or Palo Alto, CA What You'll Do Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs, utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent Proactively source and engage top student talent through internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, google scholar, and AI/ML research communities, amongst others Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit Develop strong working relationships with business leaders, and hiring managers Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity Travel as needed for on campus university recruitment events What You'll Bring 2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment Previous experience hiring in AI/ML or related field highly preferred Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions History of managing higher-volume pipelines without compromising quality Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits
