Realize Your Potential as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans for each patient. Supervise the care provided by nursing and other staff on the assigned unit/shift. Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Document patient care and any changes in their condition, taking corrective actions as necessary. Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when required and as assigned. Educate patients and caregivers about tests, procedures, treatments, and medications in clear terms. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, representing the nursing department and sharing observations. Implement emergency responses in crisis situations in the absence of senior management. Conduct at least two in-service training sessions annually. Engage in identifying and addressing training needs for nursing development. Qualifications Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations. Current RN licensure in accordance with state laws. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN® certification is mandatory. Preferred two years of experience in an inpatient hospital environment. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
