Client Case Specialist (Front Desk - Pet Care)

Description To apply: We’re seeking detail-oriented, client-focused individuals to join our Client Care Team. This role is all about communication and relationship-building. As the first point of contact for our pet parents, you’ll spend most of your time face-to-face (or voice-to-voice) with clients: welcoming them, answering questions, and making sure their experience with us is smooth, professional, and warm. This is not a data entry position. It’s about people, pets, and excellent communication. Responsibilities Greet clients and pets with professionalism and care Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via email Write professional, accurate client communications (no AI writing - your own style matters) Support smooth front desk operations in a busy, pet-centered environment Collaborate with the team to continually improve client care and service What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong writing ability (grammar, tone, and clarity are important) Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or client care Organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure A genuine love for animals and their people Preferred Qualifications Experience in veterinary, grooming, daycare, or boarding environments Comfort handling sensitive or difficult client conversations with tact Interest in helping refine and improve client service systems Important Note: We value authenticity in our client communications.
