Child and Adolescent Therapist

Key responsibilities include: Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients. Providing individualized therapy sessions for clients and families. Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning. Completing documentation, billing, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Experience working with children and families. Provisional license if required by state regulation. Passion for mental health and commitment to ongoing professional development. Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport. Effective time management and administrative skills.
