About the Position

Cath Lab Technologist

Dallas, TX

13 week contract

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac cath, peripheral vascular, and/or EP studies

• Assist with patient prep, draping, and room setup

• Follow physician protocols and select appropriate equipment

• Collaborate with intra-procedure team for safe patient care

• Ensure compliance with Universal Protocol and site marking

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment

• Train staff on special procedures equipment as needed

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and accreditation standards

Requirements

Required Experience & Certifications:

• 1+ year in Special Procedures or Cath/EP – Required

• ARRT or RCIS , ACLS , BLS

• Active TX Medical Radiologic License – Required

Preferred:

• ICU, ED, or Cath/EP Lab experience

• Previous travel experience

Additional Requirements:

• Active license at submission

• Certs can be pending but must be willing to obtain

• Disclose any prior Parkland employment

Required Certs:

• RCIS, ARRT, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

• State License: Texas
