Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with Arizona regulations
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Perform minor in-office procedures based on training and credentialing, if desired
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current certification as a PA-C or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Eligible for Arizona licensure
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
