Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday.
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
• Schedule may be adjusted to 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM for a 36-hour workweek.
• Outpatient only.
• 1-hour evaluations and 45-minute daily treatments.
