Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: ACLS; PALS; BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Must have cath lab recovery experience
Shift is 11a-9:30p
