Job Description

We are looking for an experienced  AI Process Business Architect to help transform business workflows into  GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams by designing AI-driven processes and translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

• Design GenAI and agentic workflow blueprints, including human-in-the-loop processes.

• Translate business requirements into Agile user stories and functional documentation.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Create process flows and solution diagrams using Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.

• Support AI solution planning and implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI concepts.

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.

• Hands-on experience creating Agile documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar process-mapping tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
