Registered Dietician | ANRC $54.00 - $55/hour | 1099 Contracted Position Part-Time | 16hrs/week At ANRC, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents, including evaluation of medical conditions, dietary needs, weight trends, laboratory values, and nutritional risk factors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. Manage therapeutic diets, food preferences, texture modifications, and nutrition interventions to support resident health, safety, and quality of life. Monitor residents for changes in nutritional status, including weight loss/gain, hydration concerns, malnutrition risk, and response to dietary interventions; update care plans as needed. Provide nutrition education and guidance to residents, families, and facility staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and long-term care nutrition requirements.Qualifications for Success:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition/DieteticsCurrent, unencumbered RD/RDN credential and Massachusetts licensure Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nutrition preferred. Knowledge of CMS regulations, nutrition assessments, care planning, and therapeutic diets.
