Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will work together with the management team, focusing on building relationships with our guests and Team Members, increasing sales numbers, and ensuring food is prepared properly in a clean and safe environment. He/she also supports the Executive Chef by completing projects as directed. The Kitchen Manager may be required to temporarily assume the duties of the Chef in his or her absence. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be held accountable for your Team Members’ performance in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training your team in Health Department rules, educating them in company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Our Kitchen Manager must be a “take-charge" person who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and Kitchen equipment to ensure all are performing up to company standard.

Qualifications:
- The Kitchen Manager should always provide consistent support to the success of the operation and must maintain their Food Handler Certificate
- The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Kitchen Manager
- A requirement for the Kitchen Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
