Job Summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a collegial and motivated Interventional Radiologist to join our thriving practice following the retirement of a long-standing physician. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality patient care while cultivating a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement. We are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities and are committed to finding the right fit for our team and candidates.

Highlights:

• We are an employed group of seven providers (4 physicians and 3 physician assistants).
• Our group treats the breadth of IR including but not limited to interventional oncology, portal hypertension, spinal augmentation, venous disease, pain management, womens health, advanced biliary intervention, trauma and dialysis access management.
• 100% IR except interpreting follow up imaging for our patients.
• Consult and rounding service managed by our PAs.
• Well-resourced IR practice with two dedicated single-plane angiography suites, one biplane suite, a dedicated CT scanner, and two ultrasound-guided procedure suites, with significant capital upgrades underway, including replacement of the CT scanner and biplane suite.
• Complete support team:
  • 14 technicians
  • 13 registered nurses
  • 2 scheduling coordinators
  • 1 office manager
• Dedicated 12 bed recovery room for IR.
• Dedicated space for outpatient consults and follow-ups.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship/residency.
• Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one.
