Interfaces with department leadership and facility team leads to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Other Duties as assigned. Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises. Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent project management skills to manage multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects [Required] Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Required] Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts [Required] Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills [Required] Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage multi-faceted teams [Required] Education Bachelor's [Preferred] High School Grad or Equiv OR 5 YEARS RELEVANT [Required] Work Experience 5+ construction related experience [Required] 5+ experience in all phases of architectural design process [Preferred] 5+ experience with state agency construction requirements [Preferred] 5+ extensive experience in the construction process, including all project deliverables [Preferred] 5+ healthcare experience [Preferred] 5+ project management experience [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications General Contractor License (GENCON) [Preferred] Certified Project Manager (CertPMP) [Preferred] Physical Requirements Physical Requirements (see details at Pay Range $83,699.48 - $155,693.55 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
