What You'll Do:

• Manage inpatient obstetric and gynecologic cases, delivering high-quality care in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate patient care
• Review and interpret lab results, fetal monitoring, and diagnostic imaging
• Participate in emergency situations overnight and respond to OB emergencies as needed
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation

What You Need:

• Active and valid Arizona Medical License
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Previous hospitalist and OB care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts in a hospital environment
