Job Title: Physician Assistant – MinuteClinic

Care for patients in an outpatient setting with a team that’s got your back.

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM &2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM &1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM &1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Includes every other weekend + possible holiday rotations

Pay Rate: $77.26/hour, paid biweekly ~ $160,000+ annually

About the Role

Provide evidence-based primary care in a retail clinic setting where you manage your own patient flow while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine exams and patient evaluations
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and treatment plans
• Handle clinic operations (open/close, documentation, follow-ups)
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Active Texas Physician Assistant license (in good standing)
• Master’s Degree + National Board Certification
• 1+ year of primary care or family medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills

Additional Info

• BLS required (AHA or ARC)
• DEA registration required during onboarding
• Training + onboarding provided
