Assistant Director of Early LearningJOB GOALS
To assist in providing a well‑organized, smooth functioning Early Learning Program.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and monitor students in educational settings. Provide teacher support; objective observation, data keeping, and prepare and organize materials. Assist in implementing successful student programs as designed by educational staff. Participate in program trainings provided. Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity in cultural heritage, lifestyles, and value systems among students and families. Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or supervising teacher, specific to early childhood programming. Ability to work outside in all weather.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
