Sales Counselor

Job Type Full-time Description Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. First‑Year Earnings Uncapped commission and earnings. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales. 1 year of sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required. Experience working in a CRM preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
