We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to serve as a liaison between our product and warehouse teams. This hands-on position combines physical inventory work with computer-based recordkeeping to help ensure products are organized, accurately tracked, and available to fulfill customer orders.

Our business handles a large variety of products and a high volume of activity. The right candidate is equally comfortable working in the warehouse and using computer systems, and understands that accurate inventory records are just as important as accurate product handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process product transfers to support inventory and order fulfillment needs.
• Assemble product sets or break them down into individual components as needed to fulfill existing orders, and record the related inventory changes accurately.
• Put away received merchandise and returned products in their designated locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and enter or update product locations in our inventory system.
• Perform cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
• Print product labels and verify that product information matches the items being labeled.
• Prepare and package advertising materials, including catalogs and one-sheet inserts printed in-house.
• Communicate product availability, inventory issues, and order-related priorities between the product and warehouse teams.
• Assist with other inventory and warehouse support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail when handling products, quantities, labels, and inventory records.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to keeping products and storage areas orderly.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a large number of products.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage changing priorities, and complete tasks reliably.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Comfort with a hands-on role that includes moving, organizing, assembling, and packaging products.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus.
