Nurse Manager

UCHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a patient-focused nursing team within our advanced, nonprofit health system. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based care. You will mentor and evaluate nurses, support professional development, and drive quality and safety initiatives. Partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape care standards, support innovation, and uphold regulatory compliance in a collaborative, learning-focused environment that values respect, diversity, and staff well-being.
