Available Positions & Shifts

• AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN

• PM Shift: part-time, or PRN

• NOC Shift: Part-time, or PRN

Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs

• Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care

• Implement and support individualized resident care plans

• Complete accurate clinical documentation

• Lead and support CNA staff

• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

• Communicate and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team

• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion for and commitment to caring for the aging population

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation & Incentives

• PM/NOC shift differentials

• Weekend shift differentials

• Additional compensation for Vent/Trach certification and working on the Vent/Trach Unit

• Company-paid Vent/Trach training and certification
