• Provide direction, coaching and motivation to entire team.
• Lead shift meetings, be proactive and set daily shift goals.
• Greet guests with a warm, Hi welcome to Cicis and a smile! Engage with guests throughout their entire dining experience.
• Ensure that all team members are adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assign and follow up with your team to ensure side work, weekly cleaning and opening, mid and closing checklists are completed.
