StretchLab Newnan is seeking certified personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, massage therapists, athletic trainers, and Pilates or yoga instructors to join our team as Flexologists ("Stretcher Therapists"). This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching in an open boutique style studio environment. The Newnan studio is located in Ashley Park and has been thriving since its opening in April 2025. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ training program ensures that its clients receive world class assisted stretching experience.

Our Flexologists mainly provide one-on-one assisted stretches in an open concept studio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
• Encourage, motivate and educate clients throughout stretch sessions about benefits of stretching and StretchLab's specific technique (PNF).
• Help build up StretchLab membership and retain clientele.
• Deliver superior customer service experience, focused on stretching results.
• Assist General Manager and Sales/Front Desk staff with studio "tours" for prospective members, Introductory Stretches and membership sales, as needed.
• Assist General Manager with offsite promotional events and pop-ups.
• Ensure safety of clients by focusing on proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules.
• Attend team meetings and required educational trainings & presentations.
• Clean & maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.

Qualifications :

• Passion for boutique fitness environment is a must
• Passion for body work - stretching, flexibility & mobility.
• Required background/certifications:
• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid)
• Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Strong interpersonal skills and social savvy; ability to connect with people.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
• Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and professional.
• Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and up to 20 hours of practice.
