Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community networking
- Educate clients on Farmers Insurance products and recommend tailored coverage
- Quote, bind, and service auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Property Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
