ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable. Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending Effectively provide training to new hires Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates. Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner. Able to create an effective schedule. Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system) Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings. Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed. Complete the GSR Daily BreakdownREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
