Production Supervisor
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Supervising and motivating staff to achieve manufacturing goals
- Monitoring workflow and implementing improvement
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency
- Overseeing personnel training and development
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance productivity
- Being a key player in our team's success
What You Bring:
- Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Physical Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift items exceeding 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to perform tasks that involve kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending
- Comfort with prolonged periods of sitting and standing
