What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome patients and guardians, verify personal and insurance information, and collect required forms and signatures
- Update electronic patient records and complete insurance eligibility checks
- Handle inpatient admissions and obtain insurance authorizations for scheduled appointments

- A quick learner who can follow detailed processes and work independently
- A compassionate, professional approach when helping children and their families
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and comfort learning computer systems
