The Opportunity

A school district in Sheldon, Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position. This role includes both direct speech-language services and evaluation responsibilities for younger children with suspected communication needs.

What the Role Includes

• Serve a caseload of approximately 58 students
• Provide individual and group speech-language services
• Conduct screenings and evaluations
• Complete Arena and SI testing for non-enrolled children ages 3–5
• Develop and monitor IEP goals
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate progress notes and service documentation

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• Appropriate school-based credentials
• CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellowship candidate
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
