The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Swedish Medical Center is responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art Stepdown Intensive Care Unit. This role involves supervising and coordinating nursing staff activities to ensure the highest standards of care, promoting patient safety, and optimizing outcomes.
