SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Parking Supervisor is to assist in the execution of daily operations, scheduling, training, and oversight of the parking team. This position provides instruction to guests on where to park, provides directions and presents an excellent, friendly, professional first impression of Knoebels Amusement Park. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Public Safety & Services Manager.

The operational hours vary daily, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday being prime days.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling, managing and reviewing payroll for parking team members
• Assists with parking team member training (golf carts, tram operations, directing traffic)
• Supervising and directing incoming and outgoing traffic
• Ensures guests receive proper directions when entering the park and when exiting
• Aids in finding "lost" vehicles, lockouts and vehicle jump starts
• Assists guests in transport to pavilions or other locations requested, using approved non-pedestrian routes
• Makes sure all parking areas are secure and reports field repair needs to grounds crew.
• Keeps tram shelters clean and presentable.
• Assists with transporting guests from drop-off areas to pavilions.
• Ensures guest traffic is moving efficiently.
• Oversees set up of lot patterns and signage.

• Candidate must have a current valid driver's license
