Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Location Richmond, Virginia Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Perfect Pair ABA in Richmond, VA. You will work closely with our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services in a home setting across the state. Job Duties Support our RBTs by offering mentorship, guidance, and supervision Design evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect and reflect client data Offer continuous support and guidance to families to navigate successful programming outcomes Welcome collaboration with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team Qualifications Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred Ability to complete and pass a background check Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to the home of clients Perks Flexible Hours : Achieve the work-life balance you've always wanted by creating your own schedule with available full-time and part-time hybrid positions.
