Face to Face Charity Brand & Sales Representative

Manhattan, NYC | Full-Time | W2 Position We're currently expanding our Manhattan team and seeking ambitious individuals ready to develop professional skills in communication, performance, and leadership. The Role As a Brand Representative, you'll represent respected nonprofit partners, including Americares, The Nature Conservancy, CARE, and ASDF. This is not a desk job. This is real-time engagement, real conversations, and real growth. Your Focus: Driving brand awareness in high-foot-traffic environments Acquiring new donor support Creating positive, memorable public interactions Contributing to campaign growth through performance What You’ll Be Doing Engaging face-to-face with the public at retail and event locations Clearly communicating nonprofit missions and impact Guiding individuals through the donor sign-up process Maintaining professional and high-energy event standards Collaborating with your team to exceed daily performance goals This is a results-driven environment where advancement is based on merit and leadership development. Requirements: No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and daily mentorship so you can build confidence and skill from day one. Compensation & Growth Pay Structure: Daily base pay + uncapped weekly bonus opportunities || ($700-$1,350 per week average) Training & Development: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship Skill-building in communication, campaign strategy, and leadership Advancement Opportunities: We prioritize internal promotion into leadership and management roles.
