The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours weekly) to join our Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000 , along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
• Working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician, the Advanced Practice Provider will deliver patient-specific medical care.
• Primary and urgent care services will be provided to nursing center residents, in partnership with other medical professionals at the center.
• Collaboration with Center Leadership is essential to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a license as a registered nurse.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, as must PAs.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $104,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
