Overview Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a California-licensed litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset. Position Requirements Must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to Texas is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on mortgage litigation defense matters, in both state and federal courts. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for applicants who will perform work in California, if selected for the role, and is not applicable to other locations.
