Role Description LKN Speech‑Language Pathology is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team in Davidson, NC. This is a part‑time position with significant opportunity for growth and flexibility. The ideal clinician is passionate about evidence‑based practice, enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and adolescents, and is interested in developing specialty areas within a supportive private practice environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, literacy, and communication evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans informed by current research and best practices. Provide engaging, high‑quality therapy services. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support client success. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Contribute to specialty program development and practice growth. Unlimited growth potential for the right clinician. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Current North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathology license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP). Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Passion for lifelong learning and evidence‑based practice. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and professionals. Experience in pediatric speech‑language pathology preferred. Interest or experience in literacy, auditory processing, executive functioning, feeding, or language disorders is a plus.
