divh2Home Health Sales Liaison Skilled Medicare Services/h2pAre you an experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong understanding of Medicare-certified home health services? Were looking for a driven, relationship-focused individual to join our team as a Home Health Sales Liaison./ppIn this role, youll be responsible for building and maintaining strong referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and case managers to promote our skilled home health services. Youll work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition for patients and help them receive the care they needright in the comfort of their home./ppWhat Were Looking For:/pulliProven success in home health, hospice, or healthcare sales (Medicare-certified agency experience strongly preferred)/liliStrong knowledge of CMS guidelines for skilled home health visits/liliAbility to work independently and build trust with referral partners/liliExcellent communication, follow-through, and customer service skills/liliPassion for patient-centered care and helping people stay safely at home/li/ulpOur Home Health Sales Liaison enjoy some excellent benefits:/pulli$65,000 - $75,000 base with Commission structure, Company wrapped Vehicle/liliAbility to earn the Out of Cycle Bonus/liliMake a difference in the lives of others through the work you do/liliFlexible schedule and family-oriented culture that promotes work-life balance/liliPTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/ Dental/ Vision $ 401K benefits/li/ulpWhat Youll Do:/pulliDevelop and manage relationships with key referral sources/liliEducate providers on Medicare home health services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, and other covered services/liliIdentify appropriate patients for skilled home health care and coordinate referrals/liliTrack referral trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to meet strategic goals/liliServe as a resource for clinical and operational teams to support continuity of care/li/ulpA few must-haves for Sales Liaison:/pulliBachelors degree in business (or related field) or equivalent training and work experience, RNs, LPNs, any other clinicians who are interested in sales are encouraged to apply/liliMinimum of 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare services/liliDemonstrated knowledge of home health services, referral sources and payers/liliUnderstanding of state and federal home health standards and regulations/liliExcellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality and ability to work independently/li/ulpWhy Work for Interim HealthCare?/ppFounded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nations first home care company and a leading employer of Business Development Representatives.
