You’ll earn $20/hour base pay plus tips (averaging $35–$40/hour) — and enjoy a steady flow of clients without the pressure of chemical services. Flexible Schedules: Full-time and part-time options No Chemical Services: No color, no perms = low stress Training & Growth: Ongoing support and skill-building Positive Vibes: Happy kids, relaxed atmosphere, supportive team Your Role: Must be proficient in boys cuts. Provide quality haircuts and styling for kids (and occasionally parents) Make each visit fun, engaging, and comfortable Keep your station clean and kid-safe Offer product suggestions and tips to parents Help with basic scheduling and customer check-in when needed You’ll Need: A valid Virginia cosmetology or barber license A love for working with children Good communication and a friendly attitude Weekend availability (we’re busiest then!)
