License: Valid PT license required
Certifications: BLS Certification required

Must-Have:
Candidates must not have been directly employed by any facility associated with the health system within the past year.
Candidates with acute care or skilled nursing experience will be considered.

Description:
Profile will be considered directly by the unit.
Candidates must provide two supervisory references, one within the last 12 months and one within the last 3 years.
A copy of a government-issued ID is needed to validate legal name.
The name on application must match exactly without middle initials or middle names.
The clinic treats an average of 9-11 patients per day.
Common diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, total joint replacements, vestibular issues, neurological disorders, and balance difficulties.
Professional attire is required with no specific color mandated for uniforms.
There is no weekend requirement.
The clinic is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
The charting system utilized is Cerner.
No Rehab Aides or OTA/PTA support are available, but there are two PTAs in the clinic.
Floor-specific orientation is required with 1-2 days of training.
This role does not require a BSN.
Candidates must possess the required certifications.
