Day Shift Nurse $12000 Sign On Bonus

Nurse (RN or LPN) Shift: 7AM - 3PM Pay: $31.00 – $45.50 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $12,000.00 for Full-Time (pro-rated for part-time) Location: Broad Reach Healthcare – Liberty Commons Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center, Chatham, Cape Cod, MA About the Role Broad Reach Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents who call our community home. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity each day. Responsibilities Provide daily nursing care and medication administration according to each resident’s care plan. Observe, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team. Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness. Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations for long-term care. Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required). Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team.
