Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Planning shifts and monitoring performance Ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards and targets Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth shift transition Assisting departments to meet their goals Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environments. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
