UF Health Physician - Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician Job number: 540371. Work type: Staff Full‑Time. Location: St. Johns, St. Johns County, Florida. Position Highlights Well‑established team of 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs). APPs provide 24/7 coverage. Light call with strong coverage support. Collaborative team recognized for positive outcomes. Five Star treatment for COPD & Pneumonia recognized for 2 consecutive years. EPIC electronic medical record system. Position Requirements MD or DO degree. Board certified in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine. Florida medical license. DEA license. Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes, plus four years of appropriate experience (residency may substitute).
