Overview Flooring Installers earn $3,000–$6,000 per week on average ($156,000–$312,000 per year). We are seeking talented LVP Flooring Installers who love what they do, take pride in their work, and are excited to grow their business and income. Qualifications At least 1‑year of LVP flooring experience Minimum 2‑member crew (you must work with at least one other installer) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (truck or van) Ability to successfully pass a background check Availability Monday through Friday; Saturday availability preferred Benefits & Work Schedule Guaranteed 5‑to‑6 day work schedule with all jobs scheduled weekly Top pay in the industry with weekly payout and no holdbacks No carpet installation – LVP only Immediate work available; no need to sell jobs— all jobs are already sold Full‑service office with support staff dedicated to your success Hassle‑free scheduling and material ordering Easy pickup of materials and supplies; we stage everything for fast loadouts A steady workflow with jobs scheduled each week Location Office located in Kentwood, MI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
