Client Support Specialist

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Client Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues related to the eMoney platform, and escalate complex cases as needed while maintaining high standards of service quality. Key responsibilities Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails regarding eMoney applications in a call center environment Provide technical and planning product support to advisors and assist with financial planning scenarios Log interactions comprehensively and meet personal and team performance targets Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service/support role Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or related financial planning designations preferred Knowledge or experience in at least two financial planning topics such as investment or retirement Strong aptitude for technology and familiarity with financial concepts and terms
