Hub HRBP Associate - Employee Relations & Onboarding

United Ground Express, Inc. in Newark, NJ, seeks an Associate Human Resources Business Partner - Hub Services to partner with HRBPs and support employee relations for a large unionized frontline and management workforce at an assigned location. You will handle onboarding, investigations, compliance reporting, HR data entry and documentation, and travel between Hub locations as needed.
