• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: May care for COVID patients; skills include antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, sterile technique, and Warfarin dosing 3. Certifications: PA state license IN HAND required at time of submission 4. License: Pennsylvania state license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Beacon experience required; Pyxis required 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week; hours between 6a-7p; every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8a-4:30p); call requirements: n/a; holidays: as needed 8.
