Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected residential care organization in West Stockbridge, MA, to hire compassionate and dedicated Nurses (RNs or LPNs). Position Details

Location: West Stockbridge, MA

Openings Available (40 hrs/week):

• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (Days Flexible)
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (Days Flexible)

Compensation:

• LPN: $45/hour
• RN: $50/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to individuals residing in a group home setting
• Monitor and support residents' medical needs and overall well-being
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the House Manager and interdisciplinary care team
• Advocate for residents and support their health, safety, and quality of life
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate effectively with caregivers and providers

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental disabilities, or geriatric populations is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to pass all required background screenings
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
